Providing riders with a structured development programme is key to developing our riders skills as they progress through the academy.  We work closely with British Cycling (BC) and our coaching team are encouraged to undertake BC's Level 1 Coaching diploma.  Many of our coaches also go on to take BC's Level 2 diploma as well.  Using a structure underpinned by BC allows us to develop programmes that are consistent with latest thinking and delivery across the coaching team.

We are always looking for new coaches and aim to run Level 1 / 2 courses annually on island to encourage parents in particular to become actively involved.  We can only grow the club on a solid foundation of qualified coaches.

In addition, we always need marshals and parent helpers to support the coaches during the sessions.  If you can get involved in any way please just ask.
